Which type are you? Listen in to see how you can develop into a person that makes things happen with your financial destiny.

Periodic financial reviews and discipline will assist in your goal toward financial independence.
Financial planning decisions often involve many emotional choices.
Most people focus on financial planning for themselves because they have a particular problem (or goal) in mind. Solving this financial problem requires a financial planning process to solve it. This often draws other financial categories into the process and results in a more comprehensive look at the household.

In this show Paul Petillo along with his co-hosts Dave Kittredge and Dave Ng welcome Joe Tomlinson to the show. Joe was an actuary at John Hancock from 1972 - 2000 and in his final years there was the vice president in charge of the annuity profit center with primary responsibilities for product development and marketing. He took early retirement in 2000, became a financial planner, and had been doing fee-based financial planning. He is now mostly retired from the day-to-day financial planning work, and does quite a bit of research and writing on investments and retirement planning. I mainly write for Retirement Income Journal and Financial Planning Magazine. We will be discussing those retirement products as well as a look at some of the personal finance travails the 18-30 group faces and the impact their decisions have on their parent's retirement plans. The discussion should be both lively and informational. Join us, follow us and recommend us to your friends and family.
